The yearly renewal fees are due one year after we begin your site to cover the next year of operation, and will be due at the same time each year thereafter.
Note: After your website is constructed, should you decide to increase the size of your site, the Yearly Renewal Fee will automatically adjust to reflect the size site you have upgraded to.
- A fully functional Website, "CUSTOM" designed to your requirements, specifications and satisfaction based upon the number of pages needed. We do NOT charge extra for scanning, etc, like others do!
- Your Domain Name if you do not already have one. Renewal for one year of any existing Domain name. If you have a domain name, it will have to be transferred to my server.
- Hosting Services for 1 year
- One hour free per month for updates, changes or maintenance to your site. If you require more than one hour per month, extensive updates or any design changes, additional time will be billed at a rate of $30.00 per hour
- If you wish, after the initial first year we will continue to maintain your site for a flat rate fee. All of the items listed above are included in that yearly fee for the next coming year.
- Willow Bend Designs will handle the details of transferring any existing domain name (if you have one) and will pay all the associated fees

If at any time you wish to discontinue the services of Willow Bend Designs, you are free to do so. We will immediately respond to any request to transfer your domain name. For this reason, no contract is required to secure our services.
All fees paid by Willow Bend Designs in your behalf are always paid in advance. Therefore, if you make a decision to terminate our services for any reason, no associated fees can be reimbursed.

Make-Overs:
Make-overs are for existing customers who already have a site with us and want to seriously freshen up with new backgrounds, pictures, color schemes, etc. This is normally very involved and are priced individually depending upon the number of pages that exist in your site and how extensive your changes will be.
